uh-oh! My hair!
That's the reaction everytime I get when I get my hair cut. Some may consider my hair cut as merely a "trim", but seriously after a year of letting it grow out, it's quite sad for me.
I asked for a 2" cut but I guess after the layering, much more was cut off. This maybe my biased opinion since people have said I could have cut it even shorter (as if, haha xD). I'm not sure if it's only me, but everytime I get a hair cut I always come back regretting my decision of getting a hair cut. Maybe that's only me, but do comment if you get that feeling so I don't think I'm crazy haha
So before I show the before and after photos, I'll just briefly describe what I asked for.
Usually I ask for bangs similar to Angelababy's, but this time I wanted something different. Lots of styles were roamming in my head, bob cut?, a bit longer than shoulder length? keeping it long and just bangs again? (just LOTS of styles)
I was getting really tired of short fringe but I'm definetly not brave enough to chop my hair to a bob cut, so I ended up going to this style : straighter and longer bangs. Sadly though after the hair cut, I would end up with shorter hair which meant the style would not be exactly the same.
And this is before... and a bit curled so a bit longer (I miss you, hair)
and here is the result ... more layered, more refreshed and ultimately shorter
Now I don't know how I should style my hair, I can tie it up but not everyday that would just be boring. If you have any suggestions, please comment below.
I was looking for celebrity hair styles who had similar hair length as mine, so I could see how they styled it and I stumbled upon Sandara Park of 2ne1. However, her fringe is so much longer and her hair colour is nice too. Yay! More inspirations :)
